• Damaged product received

• Incorrect product received

• You wish to exchange for another model

How It Works

1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
2. Courier the sunglasses to our address at your own cost.
3. After verification, SUNSPECS will dispatch the replacement product.
4. Shipping cost of the replacement product will be borne by SUNSPECS.

Important Notes

• Unboxing video is recommended for damage, missing item, or wrong product claims.

• Product must be returned in good condition with original packaging.

• No Returns

• No Refunds

• Replacement requests after 7 days will not be accepted.
